Welcome to Chairperson - Antiques. We sell American, English, Continental, and Asian antiques, primarily porcelain, ceramics, glass, and jade.
We display our wares at antique shows in the Greater Baltimore, Washington, DC and Northern Virginia areas, and by appointment.
Chairperson - Antiques also does chair reseating including hand and machine cane, Danish cord, Shaker tape, reed, porch weave, splint, wicker, and rush, including fibre, pre-twisted, and natural rush.
We are located in Pikesville, Maryland, just north of Baltimore City.
With regard to descriptions for the many items we have for sale at this time: Sizes and weights listed for individual items are approximate, though as close as we can get them. Colors are as close as we can get them too, but colors may not be accurate for individual items depending on how your computer translates our jpg images. Descriptions are also as accurate as we can make them.
We have "high resolution" pictures available for any item featured on our website. Please contact us (e-mail is preferred) to request high-res photos or added information on any of the items we have available for sale.
We are willing to entertain any reasonable offer for our wares. We accept payment by cash, check, and Visa and Mastercard. If you see an item of interest, please contact us in advance of the next upcoming show so we can do our best to bring that item for you to see in person.
